‘Nakajo International’ has the following processing policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to protect customers’ personal information and rights and to smoothly handle customer complaints related to personal information. If we revise the personal information processing policy, we will notify you through website notices (or individual notices).

○ This policy takes effect from April 20, 2021.

‘Nakajo International’ processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and prior consent will be sought if the purpose of use changes.

01. Purpose of collection and use of personal information
a. Demonstration reservation processing
Personal information is processed for the purposes of identification and authentication in accordance with the provision of services, verification of identity in accordance with the implementation of a limited identity verification system, prevention of illegal use of services, various notifications and notifications, and preservation of records for dispute resolution.

02. Retention and use period of personal information
‘Nakajo International’ retains customers’ personal information for the period of time it provides services to customers and uses it only to provide services. Upon the customer's request, withdrawal of consent to the collection and use of personal information, and when the purpose of collection and use is achieved, the information will be destroyed without delay.

03. Provision of personal information
In principle, ‘Nakajo International’ does not provide or disclose customers’ personal information to third parties unrelated to the service. However, the following cases are exceptions.
- When customers consent in advance
- When there is a request from an investigative agency in accordance with the provisions of the law or in accordance with the procedures and methods set forth in the law for the purpose of investigation.
- Customer personal information may be provided and shared with third parties to provide customer benefits and better services. In this case, we must notify the customer in advance of the affiliate, purpose of provision, personal information items, retention period, and method for withdrawing consent to provide information, and obtain consent. If consent is not given, the information will not be provided or shared with the affiliate. In addition, when there is a change or termination in the partnership, we notify or seek consent through the same procedure.

04. Matters regarding cookie collection and operation and refusal thereof
‘Nakajo International’ operates ‘cookies’ that store and retrieve customer information from time to time.
